These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j199 ("j199", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the j199 website at j199.bet and all associated services, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, jackpot bingo rooms, and any other features offered on the platform.

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and crypto deposit bonuses — are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as cash. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived exclusively from it.

Formal Complaints: If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, you may submit a formal written complaint to j199 setting out the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and all supporting documentation. j199 will issue a final written decision within 28 days of receiving a complete formal complaint.
